Hope everyone is getting a warm and tremendous summar. Let me start by thanking Wasif specially for his excellent efforts for club. The way he has been maintaining the regular badminton sessions is highly appreciated. We are planning to arrange an informal tournament by this month with Indians. Time will be announced soon. Looking forward to seeing everyone joining the tournament. Next month will be another formal tournament which is still in the planning phase. Start selecting your partner for the tournaments and keep playing together as a team for better outcomes. This will help us to prepare for the tournament in Enskede. Arif has shared details information in the WhatsApp group about the tournament. Please contact Arif and Wasif for registration. Let me welcome Haseeb for joining us last month as a member. Please share the words among your friends for getting more and more members. The admin panel continues working with a focus on financial issues. We are even working actively to find some sponsors for the club. It’s time for us to pay the membership fee for the new term. Please pay 900 SEK (400 membership+ 500 for feathers cost). Deadline for payment is 15th August. Payment should be shwish to Wasif. Those who have paid membership fee, will be required to pay for the feathers cost only. Do not hesitate to ask me if there is any queries about the payment process. For ensuring every member’s involvement, we have decided to select two administrators every month. Administrators will be responsible for the key to the halls and will be communicating with other members for the regular badminton sessions. By rotation every members will be administrators. For August, we need two volunteers who will be Administrators. Please text me directly to 0762676882 if you would like to be one of the first volunteers. What a great month we had? It’s really nice to see Sigtuna Badminton Growing. Lets welcome Shourov , Rifat and Shafi Mia for Joining us in May. Looking forward to enjoying some overwhelming smash from the new members. We are really excited to present our Sigtuna Badminton Club as Sigtunas First Badminton club ever on Valsta Day which will be held on 6th June in Valsta Centrum. The main goal is to collect members for the next term. We are going to offer a month free membership for those who will become members of that event. Which means if anyone becomes a member on that day they will start playing in June instead of July 2024. For any queries about the event please ask Khandaker, Arif, Tanvir or Wasif. Dear Friends, Let me start by thanking you all for joining and playing with Sigtuna Badminton. We have started playing badminton since 2017 and now we are on the right track to register the first Badminton club in Sigtuna. The communication process is going on smoothly with the respective authority for completing the process. There is still some time required to finalise the process and we are dreaming real big this time. Let’s keep up the pace and grow together. We have published our website www.sigtunabadminton.se for more members’ involvement and visualising to the community who we are and what we are up to. The committee has decided to arrange a monthly committee meeting every first week following a monthly report published into our website. Mark 18th May 2024 on your calendar. We are participating in the Enskede tournament. Five double teams will be joining in this tournament as following Please make sure to complete the registration by paying the fee. Wasif is going to help with the registration. For more details, do not hesitate to ask Wasif,Apu vai, Arif vai or me. Other members can also join the teams to encourage them in the tournament. We are planning to travel collectively with two or more cars. Please inform me in good time so we can arrange transportation if you wish to join us on the 18th. 8th and 15th may the teams are requested to join for practising for the tournament.
